Unique handmade ceramic pottery, created with impressions of cherry blossoms and glazed with SOFT pink glaze on the rim & outside.
Each large bowl has carefully placed Sakura flowers pressed in arranged to form a wreath- a symbol of continued life. These flowers burn out after the first firing leaving fossils. They are then painted with underglazes and glazes to be fired to almost 2200 F.
Botanical dishes are perfect to keep cherry blossoms in your life even once the fleeting season is over. The pottery can bring beauty to your outdoor party table, afternoon coffee break or vanity.
They make wonderful birthday gifts, or a gift for a florist, mom or gardener.
Handmade using stoneware clay.
All dishes are one of a kind and all slightly unique, colors can slightly vary.

Please note--
The impressions may be weak or deep depending on the flowers.
Food safe. Dishwasher safe, but handwash recommended for longevity of the piece.
